As the Avatar movie unfolds, a battle begins to brew as the Na’vi realizes the humans are there to strip their resources would could leave Pandora desolate.
Since the moon Pandora is toxic for humans, they have to devise a way to first breathe the air so they can begin the process of mining before it is too late for their civilization. The central focus of the film Avatar rapidly builds up speed as an ex-Marine named Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) begins to bridge the gap and soften the tension between the Na’vi and the human miners. In the story of Airbender, they figure out a way to genetically engineer a DNA that is a hybrid of both human and Na’vi by transforming themselves into Avatars which are capable of breathing the toxic air on Pandora. One thing I quickly saw is that the Airbender movie is a fast pace movie that unfolds with lots of twists and turns. If you are watching Avatar, the Last Airbender, you better not take your eyes off the screen without pressing pause or you may get lost in the continuity of the story.
War surfaces on the horizon when, Col. Miles Quaritch (Stephen Lang), mission commander and leader of the Avatars picks Jake as the one who is to enter the virtual world of the Na’vi as a spy. He believes this is essential to the success of the mining mission and if they are going to be able to preserve their people, Jake would have to enter their world. The head scientist, Avatar Grace, (played by Sigourney Weaver) does not believe that spying in is the best interest of the mission. She desires to take a placid approach by establishing trust between the indigenous Na’vi people and the distant visitors. While Avatar Grace is busy at trying to keep tensions at bay, Jake is on a mission of his own to befriend a well-known Na’vi warrior known as Neytiri, who frequently finds himself doing battle with fierce looking creatures. It would appear that all the leader characters in the Avatar Airbender movie is out on separate missions, where the interests of each will eventually collide.
